Press and hold the power button located at the back of Loona's neck for approximately 3 seconds until the device boots up.
Download the Loona App, register an account, and select 'Connect Loona'. Follow the instructions to generate a QR code on the app and hold it in front of Loona's face to scan and connect.
Loona may not hear you if she is moving or making sounds. Wait for her to be relatively quiet, say 'Hello Loona' to enter listening mode (indicated by screen ripples), and then speak your command.
Use the provided USB-C cable and connect it to a 5V/2A or 5V/3A power adapter. The charging port is located on the robot body.
