You can update firmware using the Lightware Device Updater (LDU2) software. Download and install LDU2 from the official Lightware website, connect your device via Ethernet, and follow the software instructions to apply the latest package.
Most Lightware extenders feature a recessed or hidden 'Factory Reset' button. Press and hold this button with a small tool (like a paperclip) for approx. 10 seconds while the device is powered on to restore default settings.
