Joysway support FAQ
Questions fréquentes concernant les manuels, l'enregistrement et l'assistance pour cette marque.
-
How do I bind the transmitter to my Joysway boat?
Turn on the transmitter first, then connect the battery to the boat's ESC. The transmitter and receiver are usually pre-bound or will bind automatically (indicated by a solid LED light or beep sequence).
-
Can I effectvely use my Joysway boat in saltwater?
Most Joysway models are designed for fresh water use only. Saltwater can cause corrosion to metal parts and damage electronic components. If used in saltwater, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and lubricate immediately.
-
What does it mean when the boat slows down or stops?
This typically indicates the Low Voltage Cut Off (LVC) features of the ESC has activated to protect the LiPo battery. You should immediately drive the boat back to shore at slow speed and recharge the battery.
-
How often should I lubricate the drive shaft?
For RC boats with flex shafts, it is recommended to remove, dry, and lubricate the shaft with marine grease every 2 to 3 hours of operation to prevent wear and water ingress.
-
What batteries do I need for the transmitter?
Most Joysway transmitters require 4 AA alkaline batteries. However, some models may use a 9V battery or have specific requirements, so check your specific manual.
