To pair your sensor, wear it correctly with moistened electrodes. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device, open the AlaFitness app, select your sport mode, and tap to pair the device. Select the serial number corresponding to your sensor from the list.
Most ALATECH sensors use a CR2032 battery. Use a coin to twist the battery cover counter-clockwise to the open position, remove the old battery, insert the new one with the positive (+) side facing up, and twist the cover clockwise to lock it securely.
ALATECH devices are designed to work primarily with the AlaFitness app (available on iOS and Android). They also support other fitness apps compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 or ANT+ heart rate profiles, such as Zwift or Kinomap.
Ensure the battery is fresh, Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, and the electrode pads on the strap are sufficiently moist. Also, verify that the sensor is not already connected to another nearby device or app.
