4. Configuration et installation

1. Déballage: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all included accessories (outboard engine, oil pipe, fuel tank, English user manual, tool kit) are present.
2. Montage du moteur :
   • Ensure your boat's transom plate height is ≤44cm (17.32 inches) and the tailboard thickness is between 2.5-4.5cm (0.98-1.77 inches).
   • Position the outboard motor on the boat's transom.
   • Securely fasten the motor using the stern plate clamping bolts. Ensure the motor is firmly attached to prevent detachment during operation.
3. Connexion carburant :
   • Connect the oil pipe to the fuel tank and the motor's fuel inlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
   • Fill the 24L external fuel tank with the correct fuel mixture.

   • After Break-in Period: Gasoline : Two-stroke oil = 50 : 1
   • Use #92 gasoline or higher octane.

5. Mode d'emploi

1. Vérification avant utilisation :
   • Verify fuel level and correct fuel-oil mixture.

   • Confirm the propeller is clear of obstructions.
   • Ensure the motor is submerged in water for cooling.
2. Démarrage du moteur (démarrage manuel) :
   • Place the gear lever in the Neutral (N) position.
   • Engage the choke if starting a cold engine.

3. Gear Shifting (F-N-R):
   • To shift gears, reduce engine speed to idle.
   • Move the gear lever to Forward (F), Neutral (N), or Reverse (R).
   • Note: Reverse gear can only be used after the engine has started.
