Installation

1. Installation de la batterie

Unité principale : Ouvrez le compartiment à piles situé à l'arrière de l'appareil. Insérez 2 piles AA (non fournies) en respectant la polarité (+/-). Refermez le compartiment.

Capteur extérieur : Open the battery compartment on the back of the outdoor sensor. Insert 2 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.

2. Appariement initial

After installing batteries in both units, the main unit will automatically search for the outdoor sensor. Place the sensor within range of the main unit. The outdoor temperature and humidity should appear on the main display within a few minutes. If not, press the 'CH' button on the main unit to manually search for the sensor.

  1. In normal display mode, press and hold the 'SET' button to enter time setting mode.
  2. The hour digit will flash. Use the 'UP' or 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the hour.
  3. Press 'SET' to confirm and move to the next setting (minutes, year, month, day).
  4. Repeat the adjustment process for each setting.

Press the 'C/F' button on the back of the main unit to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

5. Directives relatives au placement des capteurs

  • Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location away from direct sunlight and rain for accurate readings.
  • The wireless range between the main unit and sensor is up to 200 feet (60 meters) in open air. Walls, metal objects, and other obstructions may reduce the effective range.
  • Avoid placing the sensor near large metal objects, electrical appliances, or other sources of interference.

Opération

1. Lecture de l'affichage

The large LCD displays the current time, date, indoor temperature, indoor humidity, outdoor temperature, and outdoor humidity. Trend arrows indicate whether temperature and humidity are rising, falling, or stable.

2. Activation du rétroéclairage

Press the 'SNZ/LIGHT' button on the top of the main unit to activate the backlight for 10 seconds, improving visibility in low-light conditions.

3. Using the Alarm and Snooze Function

  1. Réglage de l'alarme : In normal display mode, press the 'ALARM' button (bell icon) on the back to view the alarm time. Press and hold 'ALARM' to enter alarm setting mode. Use 'UP' or 'DOWN' to adjust the hour and minutes, pressing 'ALARM' to confirm each step.
  2. Activation/Désactivation de l'alarme : Press the 'ALARM' button briefly to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
  3. Fonction de répétition: When the alarm sounds, press the 'SNZ/LIGHT' button on top to activate the 5-minute snooze. The alarm will sound again after 5 minutes. To stop the alarm, press any other button on the back.

4. Switching Channels

If you have multiple outdoor sensors (up to 3 supported), press the 'CH' button on the back of the main unit to cycle through the sensor channels (CH1, CH2, CH3) or to display all channels in rotation.

5. ViewEnregistrements Max/Min

Press the 'MAX/MIN' button on the back to view the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity records for the last 24 hours. Press again to cycle through Max, Min, and current readings.

Entretien

  • Nettoyage: Essuyez l'appareil avec un chiffon doux, damp tissu. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs et ne plongez pas dans l'eau.
