4. Assemblage et configuration initiale

4.1 Déballage et vérification des composants

4.2 Installation du guidon

1. Lift the stem of the scooter to its upright position until it locks into place.
2. Connect the electronic cable from the handlebar to the cable extending from the stem. Ensure the connection is secure and aligned correctly.
3. Slide the handlebar onto the stem, aligning the screw holes.
4. Secure the handlebar using the provided screws and tools. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.

4.3 Charge initiale

Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. The NIU KQi Air features a 48V Lithium-ion battery with innovative 21700 LG battery technology and a NIU Energy Battery Management System. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

5. Utilisation du scooter

5.1 Mise sous/hors tension

• Pour allumer : Press and hold the power button on the handlebar display until the display illuminates.

5.2 Modes de conduite

The KQi Air may feature different riding modes (e.g., Eco, Sport) accessible via the display or the NIU Smart App. Refer to the app for specific mode details and how to switch between them.

• Accélération: Gently twist the throttle on the right handlebar to accelerate. Start with a gentle push-off with your foot for smoother acceleration.

5.4 Feux, avertisseur sonore et clignotants

• Phare/Feu arrière : Typically activated by a button on the display or automatically in low light. Double-tap the power button to toggle the headlamp.
• Corne: Press the horn button on the handlebar to activate the electric horn.
• Clignotants : Utilisez les boutons dédiés sur le guidon pour activer les clignotants gauche ou droit.

6. Entretien

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your NIU KQi Air scooter.

6.1 Entretien de la batterie
