5. Installation

5.1 Installation de la batterie

1. Localisez le compartiment à piles à l'arrière de l'appareil.
2. Faites glisser le couvercle du compartiment à piles pour l'ouvrir.
3. Insérez deux (2) piles AAA, en veillant à respecter la polarité (+ et -).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely. The device will power on automatically and display current readings.

5.2 Placement

The device offers two placement options:

• Plateau de table : Extend the integrated stand on the back of the device to place it on any flat surface, such as a desk, shelf, or counter.
• Montage mural: Use the hanging hole on the back of the device to mount it on a wall using a suitable screw (not included).

6. Fonctionnement

6.1 Mise sous/hors tension

The device powers on automatically once batteries are installed. There is no manual power off button; to turn off the device, remove the batteries.

6.2 Changement d'unité de température (°F/°C)

Appuyez sur le ° C / ° F button located on the right side of the device to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature displays.

6.3 Indicateur de confort de l'air

The display features a visual comfort indicator with three levels:

• SEC: Humidity display is less than 30%.
• CONFORT: Humidity display is between 30% and 60%.
• HUMIDE: Humidity display is greater than 60%.

6.4 High and Low Records

• 24-Hour Records: Appuyez sur le 24H bouton pour view the highest and lowest temperature and humidity recorded within the last 24 hours. Press again to return to current readings.
• Clearing 24-Hour Records: Alors que viewing the 24-hour records, press the CLR button to reset these values.
• All-Time Records: Appuyez sur le TOUS bouton pour view the highest and lowest temperature and humidity recorded since the last battery installation or manual reset. These records are cleared when batteries are removed.
