Installation

1. Déballer: Retirez soigneusement tous les composants de l'emballage.
2. Faire le ménage: Before first use, clean the bean hopper, grind chamber, and burrs according to the 'Maintenance & Cleaning' section.
3. Assembler: Ensure the conical burr is correctly installed. Place the bean hopper securely on the grinder base.
4. Position: Placez le broyeur sur une surface stable, plane et sèche.
5. Connecter l'alimentation : Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise électrique 110V appropriée.

The HIBREW G3 offers 31 grind settings, allowing you to customize the coarseness for your preferred brewing method. To adjust, simply rotate the bean hopper to align the desired number with the indicator mark on the base.

• Amende (1-10) : Ideal for Espresso and Turkish coffee.
• Moyen (11-20) : Suitable for Moka pot and Drip coffee.
• Grossier (21-31) : Best for Pour Over, French Press, and Cold Brew.

2. Automatic & Manual Grinding Options

The grinder offers both automatic pre-set grinding for 1 or 2 cups and a manual mode for custom control.

1. Ajouter des grains de café : Versez la quantité désirée de grains de café entiers dans le réservoir à grains. Le réservoir a une capacité de 7.4 oz.
2. Sélectionnez le réglage de la mouture : Rotate the bean hopper to your preferred grind setting (1-31).
3. Choose Grinding Mode:
   • Mode automatique : Press the '1-cup' or '2-cup' button for pre-set grinding times. The display will show the remaining grinding time.
   • Mode manuel : Press the 'START/STOP' button to begin grinding. Press it again to stop.
4. Portafilter Size Settings: The grinder supports different portafilter sizes. Press and hold the '1-cup' and '2-cup' buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to switch between 51mm, 54mm, and 58mm portafilter settings. This adjusts the default grinding time for single and double shots.

3. Using the Air Blower

After grinding, gently press the double-layer silicone air blower on top of the bean hopper a few times. This action helps to clear any residual coffee grounds from the burrs and chute, preventing clogs and ensuring optimal performance for your next grind.

Entretien et nettoyage

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and consistent performance of your HIBREW G3 grinder.

1. Débrancher: Débranchez toujours le moulin avant de le nettoyer.
2. Remove Grind Chamber: Detach the grind chamber from the base and empty any remaining coffee grounds. The grind chamber has a capacity of 3.5 oz.
3. Clean Grind Chamber: Wash the grind chamber and its lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
4. Meules propres :

   • Remove the upper burr by twisting it counter-clockwise and lifting it out.
   • Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any coffee particles from both the upper and lower burrs.
   • Wipe the inside of the bean hopper with a dry cloth.
   • Reinsert the upper burr and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
5. Extérieur propre : Essuyez l'extérieur du broyeur avec un chiffon doux et sec.amp Chiffon. N’utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs et n’immergez pas l’appareil dans l’eau.
