3. Installation

The MERACH Vibration Plate is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps to set up your machine:

1. Déballer les composants : Carefully remove all components from the packaging and ensure all parts listed in Section 2.1 are present.
2. Fixez les mains courantes : Insert the handrail assembly into the designated slot on the vibration plate base. Secure it using the provided plum blossom knob and spring pull pin. Ensure it is firmly tightened.
3. Adjust Handrail Height: Loosen the plum blossom knob on the handrail, adjust the height to your preference (between 37.4 and 42.1 inches), and then tighten the knob securely.
4. Positionnez la machine : Place the vibration plate on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is enough clear space around the machine for safe operation. The non-slip suction cups on the base will help secure it.
5. Connecter l'alimentation : Plug the power cable into the machine's power port and then into a standard electrical outlet.

Your MERACH Vibration Plate is now ready for use.

4. Mode d'emploi

Familiarize yourself with the controls and functions before beginning your workout.

4.1 Mise sous/hors tension

• To power on, press the 'Power' button on the LED touch screen or the remote control.

• Démarrer/Arrêter : Begin or pause your vibration session.

4.3 Speed Level Guidance

The 50 speed levels can be utilized for different purposes:

• Niveau de vitesse 1-20 : Ideal for relaxation and gentle muscle stimulation.
• Niveau de vitesse 21-30 : Suitable for warm-up exercises and light activity.
• Niveau de vitesse 31-40 : Effective for body shaping and toning.
• Niveau de vitesse 41-50 : Designed for bodybuilding and intense workouts.

4.4 Exercise Poses

The vibration plate can be used for various exercises. Always maintain balance and use the handrails as needed.

5. Entretien
