1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the LETIANPAI 200FT Outdoor LED Strip Lights. This product is designed to provide versatile and durable lighting for various outdoor and indoor applications. With an IP68 waterproof rating, app and remote control, and music synchronization features, these LED strips offer customizable illumination for your deck, balcony, pool, or other areas. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper operation and safety.

5.1 Préparation

• Unroll the LED strips and lay them flat to prevent kinks.
• Clean the installation surface thoroughly. Ensure it is dry and free of dust or grease for optimal adhesive performance.
• Plan your desired layout. Note that the product consists of two 100ft strips that connect to the same port on the controller.

5.2 Connexion des composants

1. Connect the LED strip(s) to the controller. Ensure the arrows on the connectors align.

5.3 Montage des bandes LED

The LED strips feature a self-adhesive backing for easy installation. For enhanced durability and security, especially in outdoor environments, it is recommended to use the provided mounting clips and screws.

1. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive backing of the LED strip.
2. Carefully press the strip onto the clean, dry surface along your desired path.
3. For additional support, place mounting clips at regular intervals (e.g., every 1-2 feet) and secure them with screws.

5.4 Découpe des bandes LED (facultatif)

The LED strips can be cut to your desired length. Look for the designated cutting marks (usually indicated by a scissor icon or copper pads) along the strip. Only cut at these marks to avoid damaging the circuit.

6.1 Mise sous/hors tension

Once connected to power, the LED strips can be turned on or off using the IR remote control or the "Lotus Lantern" app.

Point the remote control directly at the controller to operate the lights. The remote allows you to:

• Select static colors (RGB and various presets).

6.3 Using the "Lotus Lantern" App

For advanced control and customization, download the "Lotus Lantern" app from your smartphone's app store (available on Google Play and Apple App Store).

1. Download and install the "Lotus Lantern" app.

3. Open the app; it should automatically detect the LED strip controller.

• Nettoyage: Gently wipe the LED strips with a soft, damp Nettoyer avec un chiffon pour enlever la poussière ou la saleté. Ne pas utiliser de produits chimiques agressifs ni de nettoyants abrasifs.
• Inspection: Periodically check the strips and connections for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
• Adhésion: If the adhesive backing begins to lose its grip, reinforce the strip with additional mounting clips or a suitable outdoor-grade adhesive.
• Adaptateur secteur : Ensure the power adapter is protected from direct water exposure, as it is not IP68 rated.
