Étapes d'installation

1. Insérer la carte mémoire : Locate the TF card slot on the dash camera. Gently insert the provided 64GB TF card until it clicks into place. The device supports up to 128GB high-speed C10 cards.
2. Installez la caméra embarquée : Attach the mounting bracket to the dash camera. Secure the dash camera to your vehicle's windshield using the suction cup or adhesive pad, ensuring it does not obstruct your view. Position it centrally for optimal front camera coverage.
3. Connectez l'alimentation : Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Connect the other end of the charger cable to the Type-C port on the dash camera.
4. Installer la caméra arrière : Connect the pull-down rear lens to the AV-IN port on the main DVR unit. Route the cable neatly to the rear of your vehicle and mount the rear camera in a suitable position, typically above the license plate or inside the rear window, ensuring a clear view.

Marche/Arrêt

The dash camera will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts. To manually power off, press and hold the Power button. A short press of the Power button will turn off the screen while recording continues.

Affichage et navigation

The device features a 3-inch IPS display. Use the Menu key to access settings and the OK button to confirm selections. The Flip Down button can be used to turn on/off the night vision light with a long press.

Gestion de la carte mémoire

Regularly format your TF card (every 2-4 weeks) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up any important video files before formatting. While loop recording manages space, periodic manual formatting can help maintain card health.

Nettoyage

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lenses and the display screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surfaces. Ensure the lenses are free of dust and smudges for clear recordings.

Conditions environnementales

Avoid exposing the dash camera to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or excessive moisture. These conditions can affect the device's lifespan and performance.

Problèmes courants et solutions

• La caméra ne s'allume pas :
  Ensure the car charger is securely plugged into both the vehicle's power outlet and the dash camera. Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning. Try a different power source if available.
• Caméra arrière non fonctionnelle/non fonctionnelle :
  Verify that the rear camera cable is correctly and securely connected to the AV-IN port on the main DVR unit. Check for any damage to the cable or connectors.
• L'enregistrement s'arrête ou se fige :
  This can often be caused by a full or corrupted memory card. Format the TF card (after backing up important files) or try a new high-speed C10 TF card. Ensure the card is not exceeding the maximum supported capacity of 128GB.

  Clean the camera lenses to remove any dirt or smudges. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses. Check that the recording resolution is set to 1080p in the settings.
• G-Sensor Not Triggering or Too Sensitive:
  Adjust the G-Sensor sensitivity setting in the camera's menu. A lower sensitivity will prevent false triggers from minor bumps, while a higher sensitivity will detect lighter impacts.
