4. Instructions de montage

Assembly of the Devoko 80 Gallon Deck Box is designed for quick and easy setup, primarily utilizing a slide-and-click mechanism without requiring additional tools.

1. Préparez la base : Place the bottom panel on a clean, flat surface. Ensure the textured side is facing upwards.
2. Fixer les panneaux latéraux : Align the grooves of the side panels with the edges of the bottom panel. Slide and click them into place. Repeat for all four side panels (front, back, and two sides). Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Installez le couvercle : Position the lid over the assembled base. Attach the hydraulic hinges to the designated points on the back panel and the lid. Ensure the hinges are securely fastened to allow for smooth opening and closing.
4. Vérification finale : Gently open and close the lid to confirm proper function of the hydraulic hinges. Verify all panels are firmly connected.

5. Mode d'emploi

Ouverture et fermeture du couvercle :

• To open, lift the lid from the front. The hydraulic hinges will assist in a smooth, controlled opening.
• To close, gently pull the lid down. The hydraulic hinges will prevent it from slamming shut.

6. Entretien
