The ARPHA WiFi Video Smart Lock with Camera & Doorbell is a multi-functional security solution designed for modern homes. It offers five keyless entry methods, including fingerprint recognition, keypad access, and app control, alongside traditional key access. 3. Configuration et installation

The ARPHA Smart Lock is designed for easy installation. Please follow these steps carefully. For a visual guide, refer to the Installation Video Guide.

3.1 Prepare Your Door

• Measure the distance between the lock cylinder and the door edge to ensure compatibility (60mm or 70mm backset).
• Ensure the deadbolt is oriented correctly with the word "UP" facing upwards.

3.2 Install the Latch and Strike Plate

• Insérez le loquet dans le bord de la porte.
• Secure the strike plate to the door frame using the provided screws.

3.3 Installer l'ensemble extérieur

• Rotate the tail of the lock cylinder to the horizontal position.
• Pass the connection wire through the button of the cylinder.
• Align the protruding position of the latch with the concave position of the lock body and insert.
• Thread the antenna power cord through the bottom-right hole of the mounting plate.
• Secure the exterior assembly to the door using the mounting plate and screws.

3.4 Installation de l'ensemble intérieur

• Adjust the knob on the interior assembly to the vertical position.

• Secure the interior assembly to the door using the provided screws.
• Install 4 AA batteries (not included) into the battery pack.

4. Mode d'emploi

4.1 Méthodes de déverrouillage

• Déverrouillage par empreinte digitale : Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor for instant access. The lock features 1-second biometric recognition with a 99.9% recognition rate and can store up to 50 fingerprints.
• Keypad Password: Saisissez votre mot de passe programmé sur le clavier.
• Code à usage unique : Generate temporary access codes for guests via the app.
• Clé traditionnelle : Utilisez la clé physique comme solution de secours.
• Télécommande d'application : Unlock the door remotely using the dedicated smartphone application.

4.2 Fonction de verrouillage automatique

The smart lock features an auto-lock function that can be set to automatically lock the door after a specified period (10 seconds to 30 minutes). This ensures your home is always secure, even if you forget to manually lock it.

4.3 Doorbell and Two-Way Audio

Pressing the doorbell button on the smart lock will send an instant notification to your phone. You can then view live video, remotely unlock the door, and communicate with visitors using the built-in two-way microphone.

5. Entretien

5.1 Remplacement de la batterie

The smart lock requires 4 AA batteries (not included). When the battery level is low, you will receive an alert. Replace all four batteries simultaneously to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues.

5.2 Résistance aux intempéries

The smart lock is IP65 waterproof certified and designed to withstand various weather conditions, with an operating temperature range of -31℉ to 158℉ (-35℃ to 70℃). Regular cleaning of the exterior with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to maintain its appearance and functionality.

6. Dépannage

Problèmes courants et solutions :

• La serrure ne répond pas : Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Ensure the power communication cables are securely connected.
• Lecteur d'empreintes digitales non fonctionnel : Assurez-vous que votre doigt est propre et sec. Si le problème persiste, réenregistrez votre empreinte digitale.
• Problèmes de connectivité Wi-Fi : Verify your router supports a 2.4GHz band, as 5GHz is not compatible. Ensure the lock is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.
• Sonnette non émise : Check app notification settings and ensure the lock has a stable Wi-Fi connection.
• Excessive battery drain: Ensure you are using high-quality alkaline batteries. Frequent video streaming or two-way audio usage can increase battery consumption.
