- Portez l'équipement de protection individuelle approprié, notamment des lunettes de sécurité.
- The soldering iron tip can reach very high temperatures (up to 896°F / 480°C). Avoid direct contact with skin or flammable materials.
- Always place the soldering iron in its safety holder when not in use.
- Ensure the power switch is off and the unit is unplugged before performing any maintenance or changing tips.
- Tenir hors de portée des enfants.

3. Instructions de configuration
- Déballer les composants : Retirez soigneusement tous les articles de l'emballage. Inspectez-les pour détecter tout dommage.
- Placer la station : Position the soldering station base unit on a stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Assemble Safety Holder: Place the cleaning sponge in the designated area of the safety holder. Dampen the sponge slightly with water before use. The tip cleaner (brass wool) should also be placed in its compartment.
- Brancher le fer à souder : Insert the pin plug of the soldering iron cable into the handle socket on the front of the soldering station base unit. Ensure it is securely connected.
- Select and Install Tip: Choose the appropriate soldering tip for your task. Unscrew the soldering iron nut, insert the desired tip, and then re-tighten the nut. Ensure the tip is fully seated.
- Connexion électrique : Connect the power cord to the power outlet on the back of the soldering station, then plug the other end into a suitable electrical outlet (100-240V US Plug).
4. Mode d'emploi
4.1. Mise sous tension et réglage de la température
- Allumer: Flip the power switch on the side of the base unit to the "ON" position. The digital display will illuminate.
- Température réglée : Use the "Up" and "Down" keys to adjust the desired temperature. The 2.9" LCD screen will show both the preset and actual temperature. The temperature range is 356°F-896°F (180°C-480°C).
- Commutateur d'unité de température : To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), press and hold the "Function" key until the unit changes.
- Chauffer: The soldering iron will quickly heat up to the set temperature. The display will show the temperature rising.

Figure 5: Illustrations of the intelligent features: temperature adjustment, Fahrenheit/Celsius switch, and password setting.
4.2. Procédé de brasage
- Étamer la pointe : Before first use or after cleaning, apply a small amount of solder to the hot tip. This "tins" the tip, protecting it from oxidation and improving heat transfer.
- Nettoyer la pointe : Periodically wipe the hot tip on the damp cleaning sponge or use the brass wool tip cleaner to remove excess solder and oxidation.
- Appliquer de la chaleur : Place the hot soldering iron tip against both the component lead and the PCB pad you wish to solder. Allow a moment for both to heat up.
- Appliquer la soudure : Touch the solder wire to the heated joint (not directly to the iron tip). The solder should melt and flow smoothly around the joint, forming a shiny, conical connection.
- Retirer le fer et la soudure : First remove the solder wire, then remove the soldering iron. Allow the joint to cool naturally without disturbance.
4.3. Using the Desoldering Pump
- Préparer la pompe : Push down the plunger of the desoldering pump until it locks into place.
- Heat Solder: Heat the solder joint you wish to remove with the soldering iron until the solder melts.
- Apply Pump: Quickly place the nozzle of the desoldering pump over the molten solder and press the release button. The pump will create a vacuum, sucking up the molten solder.
- Répéter si nécessaire : Repeat the process until all excess solder is removed.

4.4. Fonctionnalités intelligentes
- Default Startup Temperature: Customize the temperature the station starts at.
- Compensation Temperature: Adjust for minor temperature discrepancies.
- Paramétrage du mot de passe : Protect settings from unintended changes.
- Temps de sommeil: The station features an automatic sleep mode (1-60 minutes) to conserve energy and prolong tip life. When the iron is placed in the holder, it will enter sleep mode after the set time. Picking up the iron will instantly reactivate it.

5. Entretien
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your soldering station.
- Conseil de nettoyage : Always clean the soldering tip before and after each use. Use the damp sponge or brass wool to remove oxidation and old solder. A clean, tinned tip is crucial for effective soldering.
- Remplacement de la pointe : Replace soldering tips when they become excessively worn or corroded and can no longer be properly tinned. Ensure the station is off and cool before changing tips.
- Entretien des éponges : Gardez l'éponge de nettoyage damp during operation. Replace it when it becomes heavily soiled or worn.
- Nettoyage de la pompe à dessouder : Démontez périodiquement la pompe à dessouder et nettoyez toute accumulation de soudure dans la buse et la chambre.
- Nettoyage général : Wipe down the soldering station base unit and iron handle with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Remplacement du fusible : The unit has a spare fuse on the back. If the unit does not power on, check and replace the fuse if necessary. Ensure the unit is unplugged before attempting fuse replacement.
6. Dépannage
