1. Introduction

This user manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Beko CEG7304X Automatic Coffee Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and keep it for future reference.

2. Consignes de sécurité

The Beko CEG7304X is an automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine designed to deliver barista-quality coffee at home. It features a 19-bar pressure system, an integrated grinder with 13 grind settings, and an intuitive LED touch control panel.

4. Installation

4.1 Déballage

1. Retirez délicatement la machine à café de son emballage.
2. Remove all packing materials, including protective films and stickers.
3. Vérifiez l'état du produit pendant le transport. En cas de dommage, n'utilisez pas le produit et contactez le service client.

4.2 Nettoyage initial

• Wash the water tank, milk container, drip tray, and coffee grounds container with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Essuyez l'extérieur de la machine avec de la publicitéamp tissu.

4.3 Remplissage du réservoir d'eau

1. Retirez le réservoir d'eau de la machine.
2. Fill the tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX indicator.
3. Replacez le réservoir d'eau correctement dans la machine.

4.4 Remplissage de la trémie à haricots

1. Ouvrez le couvercle du réservoir à grains situé sur le dessus de la machine.
2. Versez des grains de café frais dans la trémie. Ne la remplissez pas trop.
3. Close the lid to maintain bean freshness.

4.5 Cycle de première utilisation

Before making your first coffee, perform a rinsing cycle to prime the system and clean internal components.

1. Assurez-vous que le réservoir d’eau est rempli.
2. Place a large container under the coffee spouts.
3. Turn on the machine. The machine will automatically perform a rinsing cycle.
4. Wait for the machine to complete the cycle and indicate it is ready for use.

5. Mode d'emploi

5.1 Réglage des paramètres de mouture

The integrated grinder offers 13 settings. Adjust the grind fineness according to your preference and coffee type. Finer grind for stronger espresso, coarser for lighter coffee.

• Locate the grind adjustment dial inside the bean hopper.
• Adjust the dial only when the grinder is operating to prevent damage.

5.2 Préparation du café

1. Assurez-vous que le réservoir d'eau est rempli et que la trémie à grains contient des grains de café.
2. Placer une tasse sous les becs de café.
3. On the LED touch control panel, select your desired coffee beverage (e.g., Espresso, Double Espresso, Americano, Lungo).

5.3 Using the Milk Frother (for models with milk container)

For beverages like Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato, use the integrated milk frother.

1. Remplissez le récipient à lait avec du lait froid.
2. Attach the milk container to the machine as per the diagram.
3. Placez une tasse sous le bec verseur à lait et les becs verseurs à café.
4. Select a milk-based beverage from the LED touch control panel (e.g., Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato).
5. La machine fera mousser le lait automatiquement et le distribuera, suivie du café.

6. Entretien

6.1 Nettoyage quotidien

• Vider et rincer quotidiennement le bac d'égouttement et le récipient à marc de café.
• Wipe the coffee spouts and milk frother (if applicable) with a damp chiffon après chaque utilisation.
• If using the milk frother, perform the milk system cleaning cycle after each use to prevent blockages.

6.2 Nettoyage hebdomadaire

• Remove the brewing unit (infuser group) and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Allow it to air dry before reinserting.
• Clean the water tank and bean hopper.

6.3 Détartrage

The machine will indicate when descaling is required. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines. Follow the instructions provided with the descaling agent.

1. Empty the water tank and fill it with the descaling solution as instructed by the descaler manufacturer.
2. Place a large container under the coffee spouts.
3. Initiate the descaling program via the control panel.
4. After the descaling cycle, rinse the water tank and perform several rinsing cycles with fresh water to remove any descaler residue.
