3. Assemblage

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your Biolomix HH916I juicer:

1. Place the juicer jar onto the top of the motor base.
2. Place the filter in the juice bottle and rotate to lock it into position.
3. Insert the auger into the filter.
4. Turn the top cover clockwise to the lock mark. Ensure it clicks into place; otherwise, the juicer will not operate.

4. Fonctionnement

4.1 Préparation des ingrédients

• Lavez soigneusement tous les fruits et légumes.
• For fruits and vegetables with a diameter under 2.9 inches (75mm), they can be juiced whole using the wide chute.
• Cut larger fruits and vegetables, especially fibrous ones like celery, into smaller pieces to prevent clogging.
• Remove hard seeds or pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries) before juicing.

4.2 Procédé d'extraction du jus

1. Assurez-vous que l'extracteur de jus est correctement assemblé et que les récipients à jus et à pulpe sont en place.
2. Plug in the juicer and turn the switch to the "ON" position.
3. Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the wide feed chute. Use the food pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients.
4. The juicer will automatically separate the juice into one container and the pulp into another.
5. If ingredients become jammed, switch to the "R" (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
6. Once juicing is complete, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

4.3 Making Sorbet/Ice Cream

To make sorbet or ice cream, use the dedicated sorbet strainer. Ensure fruits are slightly thawed for best results.

1. Replace the standard juicing filter with the sorbet strainer during assembly.
2. Feed slightly thawed frozen fruits (e.g., kiwi, blueberries, bananas) into the juicer.
3. The juicer will extrude a smooth, soft-serve consistency.
