The MX-100 MIRAGE is a versatile hand mixer designed for various kitchen tasks, including beating, mixing, and kneading. It features 5 speed settings and comes with both beaters and dough hooks.

5. Installation

Before first use, clean all accessories as described in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.

1. Ensure the speed selector is set to "OFF" (0) and the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Select the appropriate accessories for your task:
   • Batteurs : For whisking eggs, cream, mixing batters, and light doughs.
   • Crochets à pâte : For kneading heavier doughs like bread or pizza dough.
3. Insert the chosen accessories into the two accessory slots on the bottom of the mixer. Push them in firmly until they click into place. The mixer features a safety system to prevent accidental ejection during operation.
4. Ensure both accessories are securely locked before plugging in the mixer.

6. Mode d'emploi

3. Sélectionnez la vitesse : Start with a low speed (1 or 2) to prevent splashing, then gradually increase to the desired speed using the speed selector switch. The mixer has 5 speed settings.

5. Finition: When finished, set the speed selector back to "OFF" (0) and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
6. Eject Accessories: Hold the mixer over the mixing bowl or a waste bin, then press the Eject button firmly to release the beaters or dough hooks.

Note: The mixer features a flat rear base, allowing it to rest upright on your work surface during pauses in mixing, keeping your countertop clean.
