1. Consignes de sécurité importantes

Please read all instructions carefully before using the STARLYF Power Heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Sécurité électrique : Ensure the heater is plugged into a properly grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage (220-240V, 50-60Hz). Do not overload electrical circuits. Do not use with extension cords or power strips.
• Placement: Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet. Do not place the heater near water, in damp environments, or where it could fall into water. Maintain a minimum clearance of 1 meter (3 feet) from combustible materials such as furniture, curtains, bedding, paper, clothes, and other objects.
• Protection contre la surchauffe : The heater is equipped with an automatic overheat protection system. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, then plug it back in. If it continues to shut off, contact customer support.
• Surveillance: Do not leave the heater unattended while in use. Keep children and pets away from the heater.
• Entretien: Unplug the heater before cleaning or performing any maintenance. Do not insert any objects into the heater's vents or openings.
• Dommage: Do not operate the heater if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it has malfunctioned or been dropped or damaged in any manner.

3. Installation

3.1 Placement initial

The STARLYF Power Heater is designed for indoor use. For optimal performance and safety, consider the following:

• Ensure windows and doors are closed to prevent heat from escaping.
• Place the heater close to you, at a maximum distance of 3 meters (approximately 10 feet), for best results.
• Avoid placing the heater in areas with high humidity or direct contact with water.

3.2 Connexion à l'alimentation

1. Ensure the heater's ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position.
2. Plug the heater directly into a standard 220-240V AC wall outlet.
3. If the outlet is oriented differently, press the Plug Rotation Button on the back of the unit to rotate the plug for a secure fit.

4. Mode d'emploi

4.1 Mise sous/hors tension

1. To turn the heater ON, flip the main Bouton marche/arrêt located on the top of the unit to the 'ON' position.
2. Appuyez sur le Bouton MARCHE/VEILLE on the control panel. The digital display will illuminate, and the heater will begin to operate.
3. To put the heater into standby mode, press the Bouton MARCHE/VEILLE again. The heating element will turn off, but the unit will remain powered.
4. To completely turn OFF the heater, flip the main Bouton marche/arrêt to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.

4.2 Réglage de la température

The STARLYF Power Heater features an adjustable thermostat to maintain your desired room temperature.

1. With the heater ON, use the Temperature Increase Button (+) to raise the desired temperature.
2. Utilisez le Temperature Reduction Button (-) to lower the desired temperature.
3. L'écran numérique affichera la température de consigne. Le chauffage fonctionnera par cycles pour maintenir cette température.

4.3 Utilisation du minuteur

The 12-hour timer allows you to set the heater to automatically turn off after a specified period.

1. Lorsque le chauffage est allumé, appuyez sur Bouton de minuterie.
2. Chaque pression sur le Bouton de minuterie will increase the timer setting by one hour, up to a maximum of 12 hours.
3. The digital display will show the remaining hours.
4. Pour annuler la minuterie, appuyez sur la Bouton de minuterie repeatedly until the display shows '00' or the timer indicator disappears.

5. Entretien

5.1 Nettoyage

Un nettoyage régulier permet de maintenir l'efficacité du chauffage et d'allonger sa durée de vie.

• Débranchez toujours l'appareil de chauffage de la prise électrique et laissez-le refroidir complètement avant de le nettoyer.
• Essuyez les surfaces extérieures avec un chiffon doux, damp chiffon. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs ou de solvants.
• Ne plongez pas le chauffe-eau dans l'eau et ne laissez pas d'eau s'infiltrer à l'intérieur.
• Utilisez un aspirateur muni d'une brosse pour enlever délicatement la poussière des grilles d'entrée et de sortie d'air.

5.2 Stockage

Lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé, rangez le chauffage dans un endroit frais et sec, de préférence dans son emballage d'origine, à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil et de l'humidité.
