2. Consignes de sécurité

Please read and understand all safety warnings before assembling or using the canopy tent. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Conditions météorologiques : This tent is not suitable for extreme weather conditions, including heavy winds, severe rain, snow, or thunderstorms. Disassemble and store the tent during adverse weather to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• Risque d'incendie : Keep the tent away from all flame and heat sources. The tent material is not fireproof.
• Assemblée: Always assemble the tent with at least 2-4 people. Ensure all connections are secure and the tent is properly anchored to the ground using the provided stakes and ropes.

4. Instructions de configuration

The Devoko canopy tent is designed for effortless, tool-free assembly. Follow these steps for quick and efficient setup:

1. Déballer et trier : Lay out all components on a clean, flat surface. Identify and separate frame poles, connectors, canopy top, and sidewalls.
2. Assemblez le cadre : Connect the metal frame poles using the reinforced connectors. Ensure each connection is fully inserted and secure. The intuitive design allows for fast assembly without screws.
3. Fixez la toile de toit : Carefully drape the high-density polyethylene canopy top over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
4. Installer les parois latérales : Attach the 6 ventilated sidewalls to the frame. These can be installed or removed as needed, offering flexibility for different events.
5. Fixer au sol : Use the provided ground nails/stakes and reinforced side ropes to firmly anchor the tent to the ground. This is crucial for stability, especially in light wind conditions.

6. Entretien

Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your Devoko canopy tent.

• Nettoyage: Clean the canopy and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow all parts to dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect the frame poles for rust or damage, and the canopy/sidewalls for tears or excessive wear. Address any issues promptly.
• Stockage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Dépannage

Solution: Ensure all ground nails/stakes are fully inserted and ropes are taut. Verify that all frame connections are secure. This tent is not designed for strong winds; disassemble if high winds are expected.

Issue: Water pooling on the canopy top.

Solution: This can occur during heavy rain. Regularly push up on the canopy from underneath to shed accumulated water. Ensure the tent is pitched on level ground to allow for proper water runoff.

Issue: Tears in the canopy or sidewalls during setup.

Solution: Handle the fabric components with care during assembly. Avoid dragging them over rough surfaces or sharp objects. Ensure poles are fully inserted into connectors to prevent stress points on the fabric.

Issue: Frame poles bending or connectors not fitting.

Solution: Ensure you are using the correct poles and connectors for each section as per the assembly diagram. Do not force connections. If a pole or connector is damaged, contact customer support for replacement parts.
