• The indicator light will remain on during the cooking process.
• Once all the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked, the appliance will automatically shut off, and the indicator light will turn off. There is no audible alert.
• Unplug the cooker immediately after the light turns off.
• Carefully remove the lid (steam will be hot) and the egg holder tray.
• For best results and easier peeling, immediately transfer the cooked eggs to an ice bath or run them under cold water.

Cooking Omelets
