5. Dépannage
Cette section aborde les problèmes courants que vous pourriez rencontrer pendant ou après l'installation.
5.1 Slats Detaching After Trimming
- Problème: PVC slats become loose or detach after the fence has been cut to size.
- Cause: The slats are held together by internal threads. Cutting without securing these threads can cause them to unravel.
- Solution: Before cutting, firmly secure the threads at the intended cut points (e.g., with strong adhesive tape or by tying off the threads) to prevent unraveling. If slats have already detached, they may need to be re-secured manually or the affected section reinforced.
5.2 Insufficient Stability
- Problème: The privacy screen appears unstable or sways excessively in wind.
- Cause: Insufficient mounting points or loose attachment.
- Solution: Ensure all 26 pieces of mounting hardware are used and distributed evenly. Tighten all ties and clips. For very windy areas, consider adding additional securing points or reinforcing the existing ones. The reinforced struts within the PVC slats are designed to enhance stability.
