Installation

1. Installation de la batterie

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

2. Connecting the Arm Cuff

Insert the air tube connector from the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor unit.

3. Setting Date and Time (if applicable)

Refer to the specific instructions in your manual for setting the date and time, usually involving pressing the 'MEM' button in a specific sequence while the unit is off or in setup mode.

Préparation pour la mesure

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
• Reposez-vous pendant au moins 5 minutes avant de prendre une mesure.
• Asseyez-vous bien droit, le dos soutenu et les pieds à plat sur le sol.
• Placez votre bras sur une surface plane de sorte que le brassard soit à hauteur du cœur.
• Veillez à appliquer le bracelet directement sur la peau nue, et non par-dessus les vêtements.

Application du brassard

1. Glissez votre bras gauche dans la boucle du brassard. Le tube d'air doit passer à l'intérieur de votre bras.
2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, securing it with the hook and loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

Prendre une mesure

1. With the cuff correctly applied and the unit connected, press the COMMENCER bouton.
2. Le brassard se gonflera automatiquement. Restez immobile et silencieux pendant la mesure.
3. Une fois la mesure terminée, le brassard se dégonflera et votre pression systolique, votre pression diastolique et votre fréquence cardiaque s'afficheront à l'écran.
4. The unit will automatically store the reading in its memory.
5. Appuyez sur le COMMENCER button again to turn off the unit, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.

ViewLectures stockées

• From the OFF state, press the MEM bouton.

• The unit will display the average of the last three readings (if available) before showing individual readings.

Effacer la mémoire

To clear all stored readings, press and hold the MEM button for approximately 5 seconds while in memory recall mode until "CLR" or "---" appears on the display, indicating memory has been cleared.

Entretien et soins

• Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the unit in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Do not drop or subject the unit to strong impacts.
• Regularly check the air tube and cuff for any signs of damage or wear.
