Installation

1. Installation et chargement de la batterie

Insert the provided Li-ion battery into the battery compartment located on the side of the flash unit. Ensure it clicks into place securely. To charge the battery, remove it from the flash and place it into the dedicated USB battery charger. Connect the charger to a USB power source using the provided USB cable.

2. Montage sur la caméra

Slide the flash unit onto your camera's hot shoe. Secure it in place using the quick-release lock lever. Ensure the flash is firmly attached before operation.

3. Mise sous tension initiale

Press the power button to turn on the flash. The LCD screen will illuminate, defaulting to TTL mode. The green indicator light confirms the flash is ready.

Modes de fonctionnement et fonctionnalités

The V860III-S offers various modes and customizable functions to suit different shooting scenarios.

1. Mode Selection (TTL/M/Multi)

Appuyez sur le MODE button to cycle through TTL (Through-The-Lens), Manual (M), and Multi (Stroboscopic) flash modes. The quick switch on the side allows for rapid toggling between TTL and Manual modes.

2. Lampe pilote

Appuyez sur le MODÈLE button to activate the modeling light. Use the dial to adjust its brightness across 10 levels for pre-visualization of lighting effects.

3. Synchronisation haute vitesse (HSS) et synchronisation des rideaux arrière

Appuyez sur le SYNCHRONISATION button to enable High-Speed Sync (HSS) or Rear-Curtain Sync modes, allowing for creative control over motion and ambient light.

4. Compensation d'exposition (FEC)

En mode TTL, appuyez sur +/- button and turn the dial to adjust the flash exposure compensation value.

5. Tête de flash zoomable

The flash head can be zoomed from 20mm to 200mm automatically or manually. Press the ZOOM button and turn the dial to adjust the focal distance of the light head.

6. Angle de prise de vue flexible

The flash head offers a swivel angle from 0° to 330° horizontally and from -7° to 120° vertically, enabling direct flash, bounce flash, and other techniques.

7. Système sans fil Godox 2.4 GHz intégré

The V860III-S features a built-in 2.4G wireless X system for seamless off-camera flash control. It is compatible with Godox X system triggers like X1, X2, and others.

8. S1/S2 Flash Mode

En mode manuel, appuyez sur la touche S1/S2 button to select S1 or S2 optical slave flash modes.

9. Mode multi-flash (stroboscopique)

In Multi mode, press the Fois Appuyez sur le bouton et tournez la molette pour régler le nombre de flashs. Appuyez sur le Hz button and turn the dial to adjust the flash frequency.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Godox V860III-S flash.
