The LENVII CW200 scanner supports a minimum resolution of 5 mil and can recognize and scan the following barcode types:

  • Codes-barres 1D : UPC / EAN (including extra code), Code128, Code39, Code 39 Full ASCII, Codabar, Industrial/Interleaved 2 of 5, Code93, MSI, Code11, ISBN/ISSN.
  • Codes-barres 2D : QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, code aztèque, Maxicode.

3. Installation

3.1 Chargement du scanner

Before initial use, fully charge the scanner using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the scanner and a power source (e.g., computer USB port or USB wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

3.2 Modes de connexion

The LENVII CW200 offers two connection methods: 2.4G Wireless and USB Wired.

3.2.1 Connexion sans fil 2.4 GHz

  1. Insert the 2.4G Mini Receiver (dongle) into an available USB port on your computer (PC or Laptop).
  2. Turn on the barcode scanner. It will automatically pair with the receiver.
  3. Open a text editor or any application where you want the scanned data to appear.
  4. Scan a barcode to test the connection. The scanned data should appear on your screen.

3.2.2 Connexion filaire USB

  1. Connect the provided USB cable to the scanner and then to a USB port on your computer.

4. Mode d'emploi

4.1 Numérisation de base

Pour scanner un code-barres :

  1. Ensure the scanner is connected to your computer via wireless dongle or USB cable.

  3. Press the trigger button. A red scanning line will appear.
  4. Once the barcode is successfully read, the scanner will emit a beep, and the data will be transmitted to your connected device.

4.2 Modes de chargement

The LENVII CW200 supports two data upload modes, utilizing its built-in flash memory:

4.2.1 Mode de téléchargement instantané

In this mode, scanned barcodes are immediately transmitted to your computer. This is the default mode and is suitable for real-time data entry.

4.2.2 modes de stockage

When out of range or when real-time transmission is not required, the scanner can store up to 50,000 barcode entries in its internal 512KB memory. Data can be uploaded to your computer later when the scanner is reconnected or brought back into range.

4.3 Advanced Settings (Prefix/Suffix)

The scanner can be configured to add a prefix or suffix to scanned data. This feature is useful for data formatting and integration with specific software systems. 6. Entretien
