Upon unboxing, you will find the JADENS thermal printer unit, a label stand, a USB-A connection cable, and a USB-C dongle for versatile connectivity. Please note that labels are not included with the printer and must be purchased separately.

Locate the on/off switch at the back of the printer. Turn the switch to the 'On' position. The printer will emit two beeps, and the indicator light will show a red slow blinking light, indicating that no paper is currently loaded.
