3. Assemblage

The Taurus HS-2900 can be assembled in different configurations to suit your cleaning needs.

3.1. Stick Vacuum Assembly:

1. Insert the extension tube into the main motor unit until it clicks securely.
2. Attach the motorized floor brush to the other end of the extension tube, ensuring it clicks into place.
3. Select and insert the desired brush roll (Fuzzy or Multi-purpose) into the motorized floor brush.

3.2. Handheld Vacuum Assembly:

1. Directly attach the 2-in-1 accessory or crevice tool to the main motor unit.

3.3. Long Lance Assembly:

1. Insert the extension tube into the main motor unit.
2. Attach the crevice tool or 2-in-1 accessory to the end of the extension tube.

3. After use, simply place the vacuum cleaner onto the wall mount. The charging process will begin automatically without needing to manually plug in a cable to the vacuum.

A full charge provides up to 50 minutes of autonomy in ECO mode.

5.1. Marche/Arrêt et sélection du mode :

1. Appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt du bloc moteur principal pour allumer l'aspirateur.
2. Toggle between ECO and TURBO modes using the mode selection button. ECO mode provides longer battery life for general cleaning, while TURBO mode offers maximum suction for stubborn dirt.

5.2. Using the Motorized Floor Brush:

6. Entretien

6.1. Emptying the Dust Tank:

The 650 ml dust tank features a 'Touch & Clean' system for hygienic emptying.

1. Assurez-vous que l'aspirateur est éteint.
2. Hold the main motor unit over a waste bin.
3. Press the 'Touch & Clean' release button to open the bottom flap of the dust tank and empty its contents.

6.2. Cleaning the EPA Filter:

The EPA filter retains up to 99.9% of dust particles and is washable for easy maintenance.

1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off and the dust tank is empty.
2. Remove the dust tank from the main motor unit.
3. Carefully remove the EPA filter and its components from the dust tank.
4. Rinse the filter components under running water until clean. Do not use detergents.

6. Reassemble the filter components and place them back into the dust tank, then reattach the dust tank to the main unit.

6.3. Cleaning the Brush Rolls:

2. Locate the brush roll release mechanism on the side of the floor brush and open it.
3. Retirez le rouleau de brosse.

5. Reinsert the clean brush roll and secure the release mechanism.
