1. Introduction

2. Consignes de sécurité

Respectez toujours les consignes de sécurité suivantes afin d'éviter les blessures ou d'endommager l'appareil :

• Sécurité électrique : This appliance operates at 220 volts. For use in regions with 120-volt power (e.g., US, Canada, Mexico), a step-up transformer of at least 1500 watts is required. Do not use without the appropriate voltage convertisseur.
• Water and Heat: Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. Avoid touching hot surfaces during and immediately after operation.
• Placement: Place the coffee machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from edges and out of reach of children.

3. Installation

3.1 Déballage

Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present: the main unit, two stainless steel coffee pots (jazwas), and a measuring spoon.

3.2 Nettoyage initial

Avant la première utilisation, essuyez l'extérieur de l'unité principale avec un produit nettoyant.amp cloth. Wash the coffee pots and measuring spoon with warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.

3.3 Remplissage du réservoir d'eau

The machine features a 1.5-liter water tank. Open the lid of the water tank located at the back of the unit and fill it with fresh, cold drinking water. The tank capacity is sufficient for up to 20 cups of Turkish coffee.

4. Mode d'emploi

4.1 Preparing Turkish Coffee

1. Ajouter du café: For each cup of coffee, add one level measuring spoon of finely ground Turkish coffee into the stainless steel pot.
2. Ajouter du sucre (facultatif) : If desired, add sugar according to your preference.
3. Ajoutez de l'eau: The machine features automated water intake. Place the coffee pot(s) into their designated slots on the machine. The machine will automatically draw the correct amount of water from the reservoir.

4.2 Processus de brassage

1. Place Pots: Ensure the coffee pot(s) are correctly seated in their respective heating zones.
2. Sélectionnez la taille de la tasse : On the control panel, select the desired number of cups (1, 2, or 3) for each pot. The machine can brew up to 6 cups simultaneously (3 cups per pot).
3. Commencer le brassage : Press the start button. The machine will begin brewing using induction technology, which heats the coffee from all directions for optimal flavor. The Spin-Jet technology ensures proper mixing.
4. CookSense Technology: The machine's CookSense technology senses the ideal foam level and automatically stops brewing at the optimal condition, preventing overflow (anti-spill feature).
5. Achèvement: An audible and light warning system will indicate when the coffee is ready. Carefully remove the hot coffee pots by their handles.

5. Entretien et nettoyage

• Débrancher: Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.
• Coffee Pots: Wash the stainless steel coffee pots after each use with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Unité principale : Essuyez l'extérieur de l'unité principale avec un chiffon doux et sec.amp Chiffon. N’utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs et n’immergez pas l’appareil dans l’eau.
• Réservoir d'eau : Periodically empty and rinse the water tank. For thorough cleaning, you may use a mild descaling solution if mineral buildup occurs.
