3. Description physique et composants

The AudioCodes 445HD phone features a user-friendly layout with essential components for efficient communication:

• Combiné: Ergonomically designed for comfortable calls. Connects via a coiled cord.

4. Installation

4.1. Assemblage du téléphone

1. Fixez le support : Alignez le support de bureau avec les fentes situées à l'arrière du téléphone et enclenchez-le.
2. Connectez le combiné : Branchez une extrémité du cordon spiralé du combiné au combiné et l'autre extrémité au port du combiné sur la base du téléphone.

4.2. Connexion au réseau et à l'alimentation électrique

1. Connexion Ethernet : Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to your network switch or router. If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.
2. Adaptateur secteur (en option) : If PoE is not available, connect the optional AC power adapter (not included in all packages) to the power port on the back of the phone and then to a power outlet.
3. Démarrage : The phone will begin its boot-up sequence. This may take a few moments. Once complete, the screen will display the main idle screen.

5.2. Using the Integrated LCD Sidecar

The sidecar displays programmable keys, typically configured for speed dials, Busy Lamp Fields (BLFs) to monitor contact presence, or call parking. Use the physical buttons adjacent to the sidecar display to activate the corresponding functions.

5.3. Fonctionnalités avancées

• Prise: Pendant un appel actif, appuyez sur la PRISE button to place the call on hold. Press it again to resume.
• Transfert: Pendant un appel actif, appuyez sur la TRANSFERT bouton. Composez le numéro vers lequel transférer le transfert, puis appuyez sur le bouton. Transfert touche programmable.
• Rappel: Appuyez sur le RECOMPOSER bouton pour appeler le dernier numéro composé.
• Contacts: Appuyez sur le CONTACTS button to access your phone's directory.
• Menu: Appuyez sur le MENU button to access phone settings and advanced options.
