3. Installation

3.1 Installation de la batterie

1. Repérez le compartiment à piles à l'arrière du minuteur.
2. Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment.
3. Insérez deux (2) piles alcalines AA, en veillant à respecter la polarité (+/-).
4. Fermez soigneusement le couvercle du compartiment à piles.

Note: The timer requires 2 AA batteries for operation. Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the screen.

3.2 Installation du robinet

1. Assurez-vous que le robinet est propre et exempt de débris.
2. For USA-type 3/4 inch hose faucets, attach the timer directly. Ensure the 5mm O-ring is properly seated.
3. For EU-type 1/2 inch hose faucets, first screw the 1/2 inch adapter onto the faucet. Ensure the 3mm O-ring is properly seated within the adapter. Then, attach the timer to the adapter.
4. Screw the timer onto the faucet or adapter as tightly as possible by hand. The 360-degree rotating connector allows for easy positioning.
5. Connect your garden hose or irrigation system to the outlet of the timer.

4. Mode d'emploi

The timer features a large LCD screen and intuitive buttons for easy programming.

4.1 Réglage de l'heure actuelle

1. Appuyez sur le SETUP/OK button to enter setup mode. The current time will flash.

4.2 Programming Watering Schedule

The timer allows you to set a start time, watering duration, and frequency.

To water immediately without affecting the programmed schedule:

4.4 Fonction de temporisation en cas de pluie

To temporarily pause your watering schedule due to rain or other reasons:

1. Appuyez sur le RETARD EN RAISON DE LA PLUIE bouton.
2. Utiliser + et - to select the delay duration (e.g., 24h, 48h, 72h).
3. Presse SETUP/OK to activate the rain delay. The timer will resume its schedule after the delay period.
4. To cancel rain delay, press RETARD EN RAISON DE LA PLUIE encore.

4.5 Sécurité enfants

1. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le SETUP/OK button for 3 seconds to activate Child Lock. A lock icon will appear on the screen.

5. Entretien

5.1 Remplacement de la batterie

When the battery indicator shows low power, replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Follow the steps in Section 3.1.

5.2 Nettoyage

Clean the timer's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Regularly check and clean the metal mesh filter at the inlet to prevent blockages.

5.3 Entreposage hivernal

Before the first frost, disconnect the timer from the faucet, remove the batteries, and store the unit indoors in a dry, frost-free location to prevent damage.
