2. Guide de configuration

2.1 Déballage et charge initiale

Upon unboxing your Ember Smart Mug 2, ensure all components are present: the mug, the redesigned charging coaster, and the power cable. Before first use, fully charge your mug by placing it on the coaster connected to a power outlet. The LED light on the mug will indicate charging status.

2.2 Installation et appairage de l'application

For full functionality, download the Ember app from your device's app store. Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your mug via Bluetooth. This allows you to set precise temperatures, customize LED colors, and access additional features.

3. Mode d'emploi

3.1 Contrôle de la température

The Ember Mug 2 maintains your drink's temperature between 120°F (49°C) and 145°F (63°C). You can adjust this temperature directly through the Ember app. Without the app, the mug remembers your last-used temperature (default 135°F / 57°C out of the box).

3.2 Battery Life and Auto Sleep

The 10 oz Ember Mug 2 provides up to 80 minutes of battery life on a full charge, or it can keep your drink warm all day when placed on its redesigned charging coaster. The mug features an auto-sleep function, intelligently sensing when to turn on and off. It enters sleep mode when empty or after 2 hours of inactivity and wakes up when it senses movement or liquid.

4. Entretien

4.1 Consignes de nettoyage

The Ember Mug 2 features an updated scratch-resistant coating and is IPX7 rated, making it fully submersible up to 1 meter deep. For cleaning, hand wash the mug only. Do not place it in a dishwasher or microwave.

5. Dépannage

If your Ember Mug is not functioning as expected, consider the following:

• La tasse ne chauffe pas : Ensure the mug is properly seated on the charging coaster and the coaster is plugged into a working power outlet. Check the LED light for charging indication (red usually means charging, white/blue means active/ready).
