1. Introduction
The Akozon 130MM Vortex Cold Air Gun is a portable cold air source designed for rapid dry cooling applications in various industrial environments. Utilizing compressed air, it generates a cryogenic airflow to effectively reduce temperatures in small areas. This device is ideal for cooling machine tool heads, various tools, electronic components, and welding processes. Its robust design ensures continuous and stable operation, and the integrated control valve allows for precise adjustment of air volume and temperature.

5. Fonctionnement
Operating the Akozon Cold Air Gun is straightforward:
- Turn On Air Supply: Slowly open the valve on your compressed air supply line to provide air to the cold air gun.
- Adjust Airflow/Temperature: The cold air gun features a built-in control valve. Rotate this valve to adjust the volume and temperature of the cold airflow to suit your specific cooling requirements. Turning the valve typically increases or decreases the cold air output.
- Flux d'air direct : Use the flexible pipe to precisely direct the cold air stream onto the target area.
- Surveiller les performances : Observe the cooling effect and adjust the airflow as needed for optimal performance.
- Fermer: When finished, close the valve on your compressed air supply line. Allow any residual air pressure to dissipate before disconnecting the unit.
Note: The cold air gun operates by converting compressed air into a cold air stream through a vortex effect. It does not require any liquid coolants.
6. Entretien
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Akozon Cold Air Gun.
- Nettoyage quotidien : After each use, wipe down the exterior of the cold air gun with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.
- Filtre d'entrée d'air : Periodically inspect the air inlet filter for blockages. If clogged, disconnect the air supply and carefully clean or replace the filter to ensure a continuous supply of clean air.
- Inspection des buses : Check the flexible nozzle for any obstructions or damage. Ensure it can be freely positioned.
- Qualité de l'air ambiant : Ensure your compressed air supply remains clean and dry. Moisture or contaminants in the air supply can affect performance and potentially damage the internal components.
- Stockage: When not in use, store the cold air gun in a clean, dry environment, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
7. Dépannage
If you encounter issues with your Akozon Cold Air Gun, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problème | Cause possible | Solution |
|---|
| No cold air output or weak airflow. | - Insufficient compressed air pressure.
- Air inlet filter clogged.
- Air leaks in connections.
- Control valve closed or partially closed.
| - Check compressed air supply and regulator pressure (should be 6.9 bar).
- Nettoyez ou remplacez le filtre d'entrée d'air.
- Serrez tous les raccords d'air.
- Open the control valve.
|
| Air gun is not cooling effectively. | - Pression d'air trop basse.
- Moisture or oil in compressed air.
- Control valve not optimally set.
| - Increase air pressure to recommended levels.
- Ensure air supply is dry and clean (use an air dryer/filter).
- Adjust the control valve for maximum cooling.
|
| Bruit excessif pendant le fonctionnement. | - Pression atmosphérique élevée.
- Composants lâches.
| - Reduce air pressure to recommended levels.
- Check and tighten all connections and components.
