1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective operation of your Yuwell YE680A/YE690A Digital Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device and retain it for future reference. This device is designed for non-invasive measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate in adults using the oscillometric method.

4.1. Indicateurs d'affichage

• Pression systolique : Top large number.
• Pression diastolique : Middle large number.
• Rythme cardiaque: Bottom number, usually with a heart icon.

5. Installation

5.1. Alimentation électrique

The monitor can be powered by batteries or the included DC power adapter.

5.1.1. Installation de la batterie

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four "AA" alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

5.1.2. Utilisation de l'adaptateur secteur

Insert the adapter plug into the DC input jack on the side of the monitor. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. When using the AC adapter, batteries are not required but can remain in the unit as a backup.

5.2. Réglage de la date et de l'heure

Appuyez sur le ENSEMBLE bouton pour accéder au mode de réglage. Utilisez le MEM button to adjust values (year, month, day, hour, minute) and the ENSEMBLE button to confirm each setting and move to the next. The monitor will automatically exit setting mode after a period of inactivity or after all settings are confirmed.

5.3. Connecting the Arm Cuff

Insert the air plug of the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor unit.

6.1. Avant la mesure

• Veillez à appliquer le bracelet directement sur la peau nue, et non par-dessus les vêtements.

6.2. Application du brassard

Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over your brachial artery.

6.3. Prendre une mesure

1. Select the desired user (User 1 or User 2) using the User Selection button.
2. Appuyez sur le DÉMARRER/ARRÊTER bouton. Le bracelet se gonflera automatiquement.
3. Restez immobile et silencieux pendant la mesure.
4. Une fois la mesure terminée, le brassard se dégonflera et votre pression systolique, votre pression diastolique et votre fréquence cardiaque s'afficheront à l'écran.
5. Le résultat sera automatiquement enregistré dans la mémoire de l'utilisateur sélectionné.
6. Appuyez sur le DÉMARRER/ARRÊTER button again to turn off the unit, or it will automatically power off after 1 minute of inactivity.

6.4. Se remémorer les lectures mémorisées

L'appareil étant éteint, appuyez sur la touche MEM button. The monitor will display the average of the last three readings, then cycle through individual stored readings from most recent to oldest. Press MEM à plusieurs reprises pour view all stored data. Each user has 74 memory slots.

6.5. Effacement de la mémoire

To clear all readings for a specific user, enter memory recall mode for that user. While viewing a reading, press and hold the ENSEMBLE button for approximately 3 seconds until "DEL" or "CLR" appears, indicating memory has been cleared.

7. Maintenance et stockage

7.1. Nettoyage

7.2. Stockage

• Rangez l'appareil dans un endroit propre et sec, à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil, des températures extrêmes et de l'humidité.
• Si l'appareil n'est pas utilisé pendant une période prolongée, retirez les piles pour éviter les fuites.
• Ne pliez pas trop serré le brassard et ne tordez pas excessivement le tube d'air.
