1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your TSL Platinum Professional Level 8 Channel NVR (Network Video Recorder), Model LTN8708Q P8. This NVR supports up to 8 channels of IP camera input, with resolutions up to 8 Megapixels, and utilizes H.265/H.265+/H.264/H.264 Zip+/MPEG4 video formats for efficient storage and high-quality video. Front Panel Indicators and Controls:

4. Installation

4.1 Installation du disque dur (facultatif)

The NVR requires a hard drive for video recording. Hard drives are not included and must be purchased separately. The NVR supports up to two SATA hard drives.

1. Dévissez et retirez le capot supérieur du NVR.
2. Connect the SATA data cable and power cable to the hard drive and the corresponding ports on the NVR motherboard.

4.2 Connexion des caméras

Connect your IP cameras to the PoE ports on the rear panel of the NVR using Ethernet cables. The PoE ports provide both power and data connection to compatible cameras.

4.3 Connecting to a Display and Network

Connect the provided power adapter to the NVR's 48V power input and then plug it into a power outlet. Flip the power switch on the rear panel to the ON position. The NVR will boot up, and you should see the boot screen on your connected monitor.
