5. Installation

5.1 Installation de la batterie

1. Capteur extérieur : Open the battery compartment on the back of the wireless outdoor sensor. Insert 2 x AAA 1.5V Micro batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
2. Unité principale : Open the battery compartment on the back of the main weather station unit. Insert 3 x AA 1.5V Mignon batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely. The unit will power on and begin searching for the DCF-77 time signal and the outdoor sensor.

The maximum transmission range is 100 meters in an open field; walls and obstacles will reduce this range.
