Introduction

Welcome to the world of NERF N-Strike Mega action! This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your new NERF N-Strike Mega Mastodon Blaster. The Mastodon is the first-ever motorized NERF Mega blaster, designed for rapid-fire dart launching. Please read all instructions carefully before use.

Informations importantes sur la sécurité

Installation

1. Installation de la batterie

1. Repérez le compartiment à piles sur le côté du pistolet.
2. À l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme, dévissez le couvercle du compartiment à piles.
3. Insert 6 D batteries (not included) according to the polarity indicators (+/-) inside the compartment.
4. Replacez le couvercle du compartiment des piles et fixez-le avec la vis.

2. Fixation de la bandoulière

1. Locate the attachment points for the shoulder strap on the blaster. There is one near the front barrel and one near the rear handle.
2. Attach each end of the shoulder strap to the designated points. Ensure the clips are securely fastened.

Chargement des fléchettes

The NERF N-Strike Mega Mastodon Blaster features a 24-dart rotating drum. To load the darts:

1. Insert one Mega Whistler Dart into each of the 24 openings in the rotating drum.
2. Ensure each dart is fully seated in its slot to prevent jamming.

Mode d'emploi

To operate your motorized NERF N-Strike Mega Mastodon Blaster:

1. Hold the blaster firmly using the main handle and the front grip. The shoulder strap can assist in supporting the blaster's weight.
2. Maintenez enfoncé le bouton d'accélération (généralement situé sous la gâchette principale) pour mettre le moteur en marche. Vous entendrez le moteur vrombir.
3. While holding the acceleration button, pull the trigger to launch Mega Whistler darts. The drum will automatically rotate, firing darts in rapid succession.

Entretien

Dégagement de bourrage

In the event of a dart jam:

1. Release the acceleration button and trigger.
2. Locate the jam clearing door on the side of the blaster.
3. Open the door and carefully remove any jammed darts.
4. Close the jam clearing door securely before resuming play.

Dépannage

Le blaster ne tire pas

• Vérifiez les piles : Ensure 6 D batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
• Bouton d'accélération : Confirm the acceleration button is held down completely before pulling the trigger.
• Confiture de fléchettes : Check the jam clearing door for any lodged darts.
• Darts Loaded Correctly: Ensure darts are fully seated in the drum.
