2. Consignes de sécurité

• Assemble the tent only under appropriate weather conditions. Avoid assembly during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow.
• Ensure proper anchoring of the tent to the ground to guarantee stability. Use all provided anchoring nails and guy ropes.
• Protect the tent from direct sunlight for prolonged periods if possible, and keep it away from open flames or heat sources.

3. Contenu du colis

Vérifiez que tous les composants sont présents avant de commencer l'assemblage :

• Steel frame structure (galvanized steel pipes approx. Ø 38 mm, connectors approx. Ø 42 mm)
• One-piece PVC roof tarpaulin (100% waterproof, 750 N tear resistance)
• Additional floor frame for enhanced stability

4. Configuration et assemblage

Suivez ces étapes pour un assemblage correct. Il est recommandé d'être au moins deux pour l'assemblage.

1. Préparer le site : Choose a level, clear area for the tent. Ensure adequate space around the tent for assembly and anchoring.
2. Assemble the Floor Frame: Lay out the steel pipes for the floor frame according to the diagram in the detailed PDF manual. Connect them using the provided connectors and bolts. This frame provides increased stability.
3. Érigez les poteaux verticaux : Attach the vertical steel poles to the floor frame using the bolted connections. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Installation de la structure de toiture : Connect the roof pipes and additional roof reinforcement elements. The double roof reinforcement increases the roof's load-bearing capacity.

5. Fixer la bâche de toit : Carefully place the one-piece PVC roof tarpaulin over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and taut. Secure it using the elastic loops.
6. Installer les parois latérales : Attach the individual side walls at 2-meter intervals using the elastic loops. The XXL protective collar at the bottom helps protect against wind and moisture.
7. Mount Gable Walls: Install the gable walls at each end. These walls feature two different-sized entrances for flexible access.

8. Ancrez la tente : Securely anchor the tent to the ground using the provided anchoring nails and guy ropes. This is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions.

5. Mode d'emploi

• Entrées : The gable walls feature two entrances. These can be opened or closed using zippers or ties, depending on the specific design, to allow access or secure the tent.
• Parois latérales : The individual side walls can be easily removed or re-attached every 2 meters, offering flexibility for ventilation or access along the tent's length.
• Ventilation: Utilize the flexible side walls and entrances to manage airflow and prevent condensation inside the tent.

6. Entretien

• Nettoyage: Clean the PVC tarpaulin regularly with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the entire structure, including the frame, tarpaulin, and anchoring points, for any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage.
• Resserrez les connexions : Ensure all bolted connections on the steel frame remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Stockage: If disassembling for storage, ensure all components are clean and dry to prevent mold or corrosion. Store in a cool, dry place.
