1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Gravity AGR-S202 Car Entertainment System. The AGR-S202 is a CD-Receiver designed for in-car audio, featuring a built-in CD/MP3 disc player, SD card slot, USB port, and a front auxiliary input. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and safety.

2. Consignes de sécurité

Respectez les consignes de sécurité suivantes afin d'éviter les accidents et les dommages à l'appareil :

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil d’une manière qui vous distrait de la conduite. La sécurité routière doit toujours être votre priorité.
• Assurez-vous que les connexions électriques sont correctes. Un câblage incorrect peut provoquer un incendie ou endommager le système électrique du véhicule.
• Évitez d'exposer l'appareil à l'humidité ou à l'eau.

4. Commandes et fonctionnalités

4.1 Disposition du panneau avant

• Bouton DISP : Afficher les modifications.
• Power/Mode Button (MOD): Turns the unit on/off, switches between audio sources (Radio, CD, USB, SD, AUX).
• Bouton de volume : Adjusts the master volume. Press to access audio settings (Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader).
• Bouton AMS : Automatic Music Search (CD/USB/SD) or Auto Store (Radio).
• Band Button (BND): Sélectionne les bandes radio (FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2).
• Tuning/Track Buttons (◀◀ / ▶▶): Skips tracks/chapters or tunes radio frequencies.
• Numeric Preset Buttons (1-6): Stores and recalls radio stations. Also functions as INT (Intro Scan), RPT (Repeat), RDM (Random), -10 (Jump back 10 tracks), +10 (Jump forward 10 tracks) for media playback.
• Emplacement pour CD : Insert audio CDs or MP3 discs.
• Port USB : Connect USB storage devices for MP3/WMA playback.

4.2 Connexions arrière

• Connecteur de faisceau de câbles : Connects to the included wiring harness for power, ground, speaker outputs, and antenna.
• RCA Pre-Outs (Red/White): Provides stereo audio output for connecting external amplificateurs.

The included remote control allows for convenient operation of the unit from a distance. Refer to Figure 3.1 for an image of the remote control.

• Bouton d'alimentation : Allume/éteint l'appareil.

5. Installation

Professional installation is recommended. Incorrect wiring can cause serious damage. Always disconnect the vehicle's negative battery terminal before beginning installation.

5.1 Montage de l'unité

The AGR-S202 is designed for standard DIN-sized openings. Use the supplied mounting sleeve and screws to secure the unit in the dashboard.

5.2 Connexions de câblage

Refer to the wiring diagram provided with your unit and the included wiring harness (Figure 3.1). Common connections include:

• Fil jaune : 12 V constant (batterie)
• Fil rouge : 12 V commuté (allumage/ACC)
• Fil noir : Sol
• Fil bleu: Antenne de puissance / AmpAllumage à distance de l'amplificateur
• Fils de haut-parleur : Connect to vehicle's speakers (e.g., White/White-Black for Front Left, Gray/Gray-Black for Front Right, Green/Green-Black for Rear Left, Purple/Purple-Black for Rear Right). Ensure correct polarity.

Caution: Incorrect wiring can damage the unit or vehicle. If unsure, consult a professional installer.

6. Mode d'emploi

6.1 Mise sous/hors tension et sélection de la source

• Mise sous tension : Appuyez sur le MOD bouton.
• Éteindre: Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le MOD bouton.
• Sélection de la source : Appuyez sur le MOD button repeatedly to cycle through available sources: Radio, CD, USB, SD, AUX.

6.2 Fonctionnement radio

• Sélection de bande : Appuyez sur le BND button to select FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, or AM2.
• Réglage manuel: Appuyez sur le ◀◀ or ▶▶ buttons briefly to change frequency step by step.
• Réglage de la recherche automatique : Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le ◀◀ or ▶▶ boutons pour rechercher automatiquement la prochaine station puissante.
• Préréglages de stockage/rappel : Tune to a desired station, then press and hold one of the numeric preset buttons (1-6) until you hear a beep to store it. Briefly press a numeric button to recall a stored station.
• Auto Store (AMS): En mode radio, maintenez enfoncé le AMS bouton permettant de scanner et d'enregistrer automatiquement les stations les plus puissantes dans les préréglages de la bande actuelle.

6.3 CD/MP3 Disc Playback

• Insérer le disque : Gently insert a CD or MP3 disc into the CD slot with the label side up. The unit will automatically switch to CD mode and begin playback.
• Disque d'éjection : Press the eject button (usually near the CD slot) to remove the disc.
• Lecture/Pause : Appuyez sur le MOD button briefly during playback.
• Sauter la piste: Presse ▶▶ pour passer à la piste suivante, ◀◀ pour aller au début du morceau en cours ou du morceau précédent.
• Avance/Retour rapide : Appuyez et maintenez ▶▶ or ◀◀ pendant la lecture.
• Répéter (RPT) : Press the '2' button (RPT) to repeat the current track.
• Random (RDM): Press the '3' button (RDM) for random playback of tracks.
• Intro Scan (INT): Press the '1' button (INT) to play the first few seconds of each track.

Lecture de cartes USB/SD 6.4 pouces

• Insérez la clé USB/SD : Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot. The unit will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback of compatible MP3/WMA files.
• Navigation: Utilisez le ◀◀ or ▶▶ buttons to skip tracks. Use the '+10' and '-10' buttons (5 and 6) to jump 10 tracks forward or backward.
• Playback controls (Play/Pause, Repeat, Random, Intro Scan) function similarly to CD playback.
• Note: The USB port is primarily for media playback from memory sticks and does not support charging or direct music streaming from smartphones/iPods.

6.5 Fonctionnement de l'entrée AUX

• Connecter l'appareil : Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the front AUX input using a 3.5mm stereo audio cable.
• Select AUX Source: Appuyez sur le MOD appuyez sur le bouton jusqu'à ce que « AUX » s'affiche.
• Control playback (play, pause, skip) directly from the connected external device. Adjust volume using the unit's volume knob.

6.6 Paramètres audio

• Paramètres d'accès : Appuyez sur le Bouton de volume briefly to cycle through audio settings: BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE (L/R), FADER (F/R).
• Ajuster les paramètres : Faites pivoter le Bouton de volume to adjust the selected setting.

• Nettoyage de l'unité : Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour essuyer le panneau avant. N’utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs ni de solvants.
• Disques de nettoyage : Wipe discs from the center outwards with a clean, soft cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive materials.
• Évitez les liquides : Ne laissez pas de liquides pénétrer dans l’appareil.
• Température: Évitez d'exposer l'appareil à des températures extrêmes.
