Installation
1. Installation des piles
Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the cover and insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

1. Prendre une mesure
To take a measurement, simply step onto the scale with bare, dry feet. Ensure your feet are positioned on the ITO conductive areas (the metallic-looking strips or transparent coating). The scale will automatically turn on, identify the user (if a profile is set up), and display your weight. After a few seconds, it will cycle through your body composition readings: %Body Fat, % Total Body Water, % Muscle Mass, and Bone Mass.
- For accurate body composition readings, ensure your feet are clean and dry.
- Stand still on the scale until all readings are displayed.
- Consistency is key: weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
