2. Installation

2.1 Installation de la batterie

Both the base station and the outdoor sensor require batteries for operation. Batteries are not included with the product.

1. Capteur extérieur : Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the outdoor sensor. Insert 2 x AAA Micro LR03 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

• Station de base : The base station can be placed on a table using its integrated stand or wall-mounted. Choose a central location indoors, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to ensure accurate indoor temperature readings.
• Capteur extérieur : For the most accurate outdoor temperature measurements, place the sensor in a shaded area with good air circulation. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, or areas near heat-emitting devices. The maximum wireless range between the sensor and base station is approximately 30 meters (100 feet) in open air. Walls and other obstructions may reduce this range.

3. Mode d'emploi

3.1 Configuration initiale et réglage de la date et de l'heure

After battery installation, the base station will display default values. To set the time and date:

1. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le SET / ALARM Appuyez sur le bouton pendant quelques secondes pour accéder au mode de réglage de l'heure.
2. Utilisez le MAX / MIN button to adjust the flashing value (e.g., hour, minute, year, month, day).

4. Repeat until all time and date settings are complete. The unit will automatically exit setting mode if no button is pressed for several seconds.

3.2 Affichage de la température

• The display shows both indoor ('IN') and outdoor ('OUT') temperatures simultaneously.
• Pour basculer entre Celsius (°C) et Fahrenheit (°F), appuyez sur ° C / ° F bouton.
• À view the maximum and minimum recorded temperatures, press the MAX / MIN button. Pressing it once shows maximums, a second time shows minimums, and a third time returns to current temperatures.

3.3 Prévisions météorologiques

The weather station provides a 6-12 hour weather forecast using four distinct symbols:

• Ensoleillé: Indicates clear skies.
• Partly Cloudy: Suggests some cloud cover.
• Nuageux: Denotes significant cloud cover.
• Pluvieux: Forecasts precipitation.

The forecast is based on changes in atmospheric pressure and is an estimation. It may not always reflect immediate local conditions.

3.4 Fonction d'alarme et de répétition

• Pour régler l'alarme, appuyez sur le SET / ALARM button once to display the alarm time. Press and hold SET / ALARM to enter alarm setting mode. Adjust using MAX / MIN et confirmer avec SET / ALARM.
