Bar's Leaks Head Gasket and Cooling Sealant is designed to repair blown head and intake gasket leaks. It also seals cracked cylinder heads and blocks, stops heater core and radiator leaks, and fixes leaking freeze and core plugs. This solution is suitable for vehicles that can idle for 15 minutes without overheating or requiring additional coolant.
Works with all gasoline and diesel engines.
Compatible with all types of 50-50 mix coolants, including yellow, orange, pink, red, blue, and green silicate-based & non-silicate based (OAT / HOAT) antifreeze, and water.
No draining or thermostat removal is required.

Note: The dosage chart is based on information from the product label. Always refer to the physical product for exact measurements.
Instructions d'application
- Install only in a cold engine. Shake bottle well. Remove radiator cap and pour the correct amount of product in per the dosage chart. Fill radiator and reservoir/overflow tank to proper level and reinstall radiator cap. CONSEIL: Radiator cap may be on top of radiator, on engine, or on one of the two pressurized reservoir overflow tank.
- Turn heater on hot and fan on high. Run engine until thermostat opens or normal operating temperature is reached. Turn vehicle off and allow engine to cool. This may take 30 minutes or longer.
- Top off radiator (add coolant as needed) and either run engine at high idle (approximately 1200 RPM) for vehicles with a tachometer or gently drive vehicle for 15 minutes. Turn vehicle off and allow engine to cool.
- Top off radiator and leave Bar's Leaks HEAD SEAL Blown Head Gasket Repair in system for continued protection. Drive vehicle as normal. Most leaks seal instantly, but some can take additional thermocycles which happen over a few days of usage.

Dépannage
- If the leak persists after following the instructions, ensure the cooling system is clean and not partially clogged. A dirty system may hinder the product's effectiveness.
- For severe leaks or persistent issues, a second application may be considered after allowing the first application to fully circulate and set over a few days.
- If the engine overheats during application, immediately turn off the vehicle and allow it to cool completely before proceeding.
- This product is designed for coolant-related leaks. It is not intended for engine oil leaks.
