3. Configuration et installation
The DeVilbiss HAV-501 Air Adjusting Valve is designed for inline installation between the air hose and a spray gun or other air tool to provide precise air pressure control at the point of use.
Connecting the Valve
- Ensure the air supply is turned off and depressurized before making any connections.
- Connect the inlet of the HAV-501 valve (male threaded end) to your air hose or a quick-connect coupler. Use thread sealant tape for a secure, airtight connection.
- Connect your spray gun or air tool to the outlet of the HAV-501 valve (female swivel end). Ensure this connection is also secure and leak-free.
- Verify that the gauge is oriented for easy reading during operation.
