Configuration et préparation

For optimal performance, ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Remove any oil, grease, or dirt from the threads using a suitable cleaner. Allow surfaces to dry completely before application.

Instructions d'application

1. Clean and dry all threaded parts thoroughly.
2. Shake the product well before each use.
3. Apply several drops of Permatex 24200 Threadlocker Blue to the bolt threads in the area where the nut will rest.
4. Assemble and tighten the parts as usual.
5. Allow 20 minutes for initial curing and 24 hours for full cure before subjecting to full load.
