The KC HiLiTES 517 system includes a complete wiring harness and mounting brackets for installation. The kit is designed to be wired to your vehicle's reverse lights, activating automatically when reverse gear is engaged.

This relay allows the new backup lights to draw power directly from the vehicle's electrical system without overloading the existing OEM backup light circuit. Identify the correct wire for your vehicle's reverse lights to tap into for the relay's trigger signal.

• Orientation: When installing, observe the lens for etched markings such as "TOP" or "FLOOD". Ensure the lens and bezel are oriented correctly for optimal light distribution. Incorrect orientation may reduce the effectiveness of the flood beam pattern.
• Forage: Depending on the mounting location, drilling holes in the vehicle's bumper or frame may be necessary.
